Jupiter and his brother, Pluto, were heard screaming through a storm drain grate, and we suspect they were swept in there during a rainstorm. They were rescued after an hour and a half ordeal involving the kind person who heard the cries, an apartment maintenance man who had to open the grate, and the fire department who managed to locate and extract the pair. The kittens were wet, cold and hungry. Since the mama cat could not be found, they were placed in foster care where they were bottle fed and cared for. We are looking for a home that will adopt both brothers so they can grow up together.
Jupiter has a very friendly, sociable and outgoing personality. He is gentle and loves to play. He will run to greet you and loves to explore — very inquisitive. Jupiter loves mealtime — and loves his wet food!
Jupiter is currently in a loving foster home and tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been neutered.
