Phil was one of four kittens birthed by Puffy, a stray cat that we fed for several months before rescuing. He is very outgoing and is very smart. He enjoys using his scratching post, playing with his siblings, and playing with his toy ball.

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
