Billy is a very well rounded cat! Billy is confident and loves to play and explore. Billy loves teaser toys and crinkle balls. Billy will walk over to greet you and without even being pet will purr but, loves to given affection with pets and chin rubs.

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
