Casper is super friendly and needs lots of attention. He loves cuddles and will ask for your attention with meows. He always greets you with purrs and likes to kiss your face. He needs a home where someone is home a lot, and can give him lots of attention. He would not be happy being alone a lot. He likes to be in your arms or lap. He has a brother he would love to be adopted with. He has been around our dog, and he's not scared of her at all.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
