Kon'nichiwa, dear future friend! My name is Kenshin, named after the legendary Rurouni Kenshin, the wanderer samurai of anime fame. Much like my namesake, I've had my own set of adventures - though mine are a bit less epic and more on the fuzzy side!

I was found in the vast, daunting wilderness known as a Walmart parking lot, lost and frightened, with only my courage to keep me company. But, much like the samurai I am named after, I too possess a heart that knows no fear. Once a kind human managed to catch me, my battle was won, and I began to purr, surrendering to the warmth of human touch.

My purr, oh how it can soothe! I've been known to keep the rhythm going for hours, creating a soothing melody for you to lose yourself in. And let me tell you, no matter how tough your day has been, my purrs have the power to make it all better.

Although I am a short-haired feline, don't let that fool you - I have an adorable orange floof that is hard to resist! It's like my own little mane, a sign of my gentle but brave spirit.

I am as sweet as the dew on a fresh spring morning, but don't let my sweetness fool you. I also have a playful side! Just like Kenshin who loved his friendly sparring matches, I too love a good wrestle with other kitties, and playing with my toys is a joy that never fades.

I dream of a home where I can continue my wandering no more, and where my heart can finally find rest. Will you be the one to end my journey and begin a new one with me, in a home filled with warmth, cuddles, and plenty of playtime?

I promise you, as Kenshin would have, to protect you with my little sword (my claws, but I only use them for play, of course!) and to fill your life with a purring symphony of love. Are you ready for an adventure, my future friend? I'm waiting for you!

 

 

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
