My name is Boots, and I’m looking for a new forever home after my world changed in the blink of an eye. My owner, who I loved dearly, passed away, and I found myself in the care of a wonderful rescue called Cats-Can. Even though I’m safe and well cared for, my heart still longs for a home of my own—a cozy spot by the window where I can watch the birds and squirrels, and a loving human to give me the attention I crave. At 18 pounds, I may be a big boy, but that just means there’s more of me to love! I get along well with other cats, and I absolutely adore being doted on. A few head scratches, some treats, and a comfy place to nap in the sunshine would make me the happiest cat in the world. I know my special person is out there somewhere, ready to open their heart and home to a sweet, affectionate boy like me.
