While I was roaming the streets one day a nice lady came by and gave me some food. I was so grateful that I let her pet me. I guess this lovely lady took a liking to me because she brought me home and was going to make me her kitty. I was so happy and she was so nice.
Except there was another kitty there and while I’m a pretty laid back chill guy this other cat was not. He didn’t want me anywhere near his human. He didn’t want to share the love and pets he got. So the sweet woman told me she would find a nice home for me. It broke my heart that I had to leave and I was scared where I would go, but if this kind lady knew it was the best for me…then I had to trust her.
So here I am. These very kind people at this rescue took me in and I’m now looking for that wonderful forever home. I really like it in this foster home too! I get all the pets I want and lots of good food! It’s really awesome having good food every day!
You see it was hard on the streets for me. I remember once living in someone’s nice home and how wonderful it was sitting in their lap receiving chin scratches. But that was a long time ago, and I don’t really remember how I ended up outside fending for myself. But I do know that I would like to be someone’s kitty again.
I promise you I will sleep in bed with you at night and be your big love bug. All I really want is that warm safe place to sleep. Can you give me that? Will you promise me you will never abandon me?
