Ekans was rescued from a future life as a colony cat. Ekans is still shy and will require someone to have lots of love and patience. He has finally warmed up to allow neck rubs. He has a wonderful purr and he really wants to be a kitty that will not have to live a life of an outdoor cat. He is good with cats. Ekans does not like dogs and may not do well with children. He needs a quiet home and time to adjust to his new home. His new family will need to understand that he will require patience and time to allow him to adjust to his new surroundings. He will be worth the patience once he has adjusted.
UPDATE: Ekans has really come out of his shell and is interacting very well with his foster siblings. He would be a great addition to a home that already has a very friendly cat. He follows my 2 big boys around and wants to be with them. He is also realzing that human rubs are a great thing and he has a huge purr machine.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
