Tater Tot was born to a feral mom, who brought the litter up onto someone’s porch to raise. He has a big heart and a very kind disposition. Although he might seem shy at first meeting, and may be startled by children’s quick movements, he is easily won over with petting and attention. Tater Tot particularly enjoys chin and belly rubs!
Tater Tot is vocal when he wants to be petted and when he wants his dinner! He prefers wet canned food to dry. His bigger than average soft, white paws (catcher’s mitts, really) grab all the catnip and guards against his brother ‘stealing’ any. They occasionally serve as ladles for scooping water from his water dish or simply moving his dish to where he feels it should be. He likes to play in the water, also!
Tater Tot takes comfort in sleeping in quiet, somewhat concealed places throughout the house. He’s a heavy sleeper and sometimes snores like a little old man. Maybe he’s an old soul in a little furry body!
Tater Tot is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
