My foster mom said I needed a new strong name so she changed it to “Phoenix”. Then she was writing my story as I can’t. She then said my name should have been “Karma”. So that’s the nickname she calls me.
I’m going to tell you how I got my name “Karma”. It’s a little sad but boy it’s true. There is a happy story after the bad one. Please keep reading...
I was adopted by a family from Orange County Animal Services. (OCAS) in November. Guess it was a happy time until December.
This is when something bad happened. I was attached by their dog. Don’t know whose fault it was but it was scary and I got hurt. They didn’t want me anymore so they brought me back to OCAS.
This is where my karma started. My foster mom was looking through her email on December 17th (Sunday). This is rare as she has over 30,000 emails. No joke.
I needed to be rescued by December 17th. . She started freaking out. She started calling and emailing so she could get me. Well on Monday she got the call. To go get him. .
This was one of the happiest days by far. She brought me home and let me tell you it’s great here. Soft bed, lots and lots of toys, and good food. What more could I ask for. Her vet said I’m ok except for a little owie and sore jaw. Yay.
My foster mom thought it was karma that this all happened so that’s how I got my nickname.
The story doesn’t end there. The next happiest day will be when I get my new furrever home.
So please let me be part of your family and let’s make karma happen again.
Xoxo “Karma”
