Rowan is a bundle of love, playfulness, and cuddles.  He was found roaming alone outside, and a kind soul brought him to Petsmart where he found a foster who bottle fed and loved him. Rowan is now ready for his new forever home.  He is excellent at using his litter box, and loves playing with  his adult cat friends who live in his foster home.  He has not been exposed to dogs.

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
