Hello potential family members. I am Fingal, a stunning orange kitten with a great nature and boundless energy. My foster parents named me after a Celtic hero known for building a causeway and having a really amazing cave. They thought that it was the right name for a kitten destined to be great. Which is a bit daunting, but I really am a cool kitty. I’m beautiful, playful and loving. I love all toys and am willing to join in any game. I get on really well with other cats. My namesake was the leader of a band of warriors, and in true leader style, I take care of my siblings and younger fosters, making sure I stand back and observe that they are all fed and watered before I eat. I came to my fosters from a colony and was pretty quick to settle into house life. My fosters love me but have told me that they are a halfway to getting my forever family. I am really hopeful of finding some humans as cool as me who either already have a cat or two, or who would be willing to take a companion cat along with me. My brother Ossian and my sister Grainne live with me. They are also pretty great, although obviously not as cool as me. After all, I’m a ‘ginger’, as my Scottish foster mom calls orange cats.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
