My name is Sam, and I’ve been through more than any cat should—but I’ve never lost hope. My brother Sunny and I were abandoned in the Ocala Forest, left to survive on our own with no idea why we were no longer wanted. It was scary and lonely, but as long as I had Sunny, I knew I wasn’t completely lost. We can’t be apart—if I can’t see him, I cry until he’s near me again. He’s my best friend, my protector, and the only constant I’ve ever had. All we want is a home where we can stay together, safe and loved. Even after everything, I’m still the sweetest boy. I purr the moment you touch me; I love to play with my toys, and I’ll never say no to a treat—though Sunny tends to steal more than his fair share! That’s okay, because he’s my world. After being left behind once, we just want a family who will never leave us again. If you have space in your heart for two bonded brothers who will love you unconditionally, please come meet us. We’re still waiting for our happy ending.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
